Watching Steve Jobs Stanford University Commencement Speech in 2005, I really feel

that one people can get success must be have some reasons. And those can give us more

courage and confidence to do what we want to do in the future.

Regarding the first story, Jobs think that “We have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in our future”, I really agree this point of view. Because in this complicated environment, we are not sure what happened in the future. We have to learn different things and accumulated considerable experience aggressively. Maybe you will use it going forward and that will be your critical factors to success.

About the second story, I really like those sentences “The only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work” and   “You’ve got to find what you love”. In this society, we often do something in order to match others’ expectation. But these things are not always match our intention or what we want to do, so that we unhappy. We have to know what we want, and have the courage and confidence to do it continuously. With full of motivation and passion, then everything will be more interesting and easier.

Jobs also say that “The heaviness of being successful was replaced by the lightness of being a beginner again.” There is a saying "A crisis is also a turning point ". We are not always successful, but we have to know how to begin from failure. Don’t be afraid of error, try and try again then will get experience from error , then we still get success in the end.

Regarding the third story, I think those quote is very important of “Stay hungry, stay foolish.”There is a saying "We are never too old to learn ", it means we have to learn continuously and always think we are not enough in every aspects. Keeping a modest and optimistic mindset, with a strong confidence, then everything will become more easier. Only through continuous learning and accumulate failure experience, then we will get better gradually and get to success.
